Technology Update – Changes to Password Reset Process

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve University security, we are asking the community to answer a few security questions and submit a cell phone number and/or an alternative email address in order to verify future password changes. Doing so now will help you reset your NetID password whenever you need and will be the only method to reset your NetID password in the future. If you have questions, please open a help ticket.

To enter your security information, please take the following steps:

  • Go to login.roosevelt.edu and log in with your NetID and password.
  • Click the link that says “Hello, [your name]” and choose “My Account.”
  • Re-enter your password.
  • “Select Account Recovery – Get Started” and enter the information requested.
