Telling Social Justice Stories in a Post-digital Age with the Rev. Father Michael Pfleger
Roosevet’s Journalism Program and the Gage Gallery are hosting a conversation with Father Michael Pfleger on social justice and the need of those within social justice movements – from anti-violence to anti-poverty – to help shape, write and promote their own narratives. Join us for this conversation, moderated by journalist and Roosevelt journalism alumnus Josh Hicks, on Wednesday, March 20 from 2-4 p.m. in the Gage Gallery. This event is part of the Roosevelt “Telling Social Justice Stories 2.0” journalism course in which students produce a convergence project on social justice movements.
