On April 5, real estate industry leaders and students gathered for the Spring 2018 Gerald Fogelson Forum on Real Estate at the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate, (MBIRE), Roosevelt University. Community Investment Corporation (CIC) President Jack Markowski led a panel presentation with colleagues Andre Collins and Anthony Oliver about the future of affordable housing in Chicago.
Congratulations to Chris Pezza, son of board member David Pezza, for receiving one of Roosevelt University’s Outstanding Student of the year award. Chris will be graduating with his Masters Degree from the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate this May. Congratulations to our team for their excellent presentation at the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation 8th annual real estate competition held on April 15. Each student team acted as a separate investment team seeking to persuade the investment committee to purchase and redevelop the site into a dynamic project. Our team won an honorable mention.
