When we flip the narrative and start focusing on open thoughts, we’re able to adopt a growth mindset and set ourselves up for success in the workplace and in all aspects of our life.

As the scriptwriter of positive, behavioral change in the workplace, Irini Gaglos specializes in designing custom training programs on a range of business topics. Some topics include Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Manager Development from a global and local perspective. She comes with a background in Business Psychology and a passion for being part of making the workplace a thriving environment for all.
