People size you up quickly, and change their minds slowly. Research shows that somewhere between 11 milliseconds and five minutes, people make judgements of us that do not differ from impressions that are made after much longer periods. Do not resist that fact; make it work for you. Having personal presence is the key.

Having personal presence is not about being the loudest person in the room, or the one with the biggest ego; It is simply about being present and engaged, bringing your highest energy and self into a situation, and being your true self.

In this interactive session, Kenneth Kendall will help you engage with your Personal Presence like never before. Through conversations around public speaking, etiquette, body language, and your speaking voice, Kenneth will offer tips and tools on how to enhance your personal presence and put your best foot forward in the world.
