Sale of the Gage Building
On Tuesday, December 4, Roosevelt University closed on the sale of 127,000 square feet of real estate in the Gage Building at 18 S. Michigan Ave. to National Louis University.
Originally purchased by Roosevelt in October 2006, the Gage Building formerly housed the Walter E. Heller College of Business, the College of Education, the Evelyn T. Stone College of Professional Studies, and graduate admissions for the University, and was the original location of the Gage Gallery.
We would like to express deep gratitude to our representatives from the brokerage firm Savills Studley — Eric Feinberg, Isabel Preskill and John Goodman — for their hard work and diligence throughout this process.
This sale marks an important milestone in our Building a Stronger Roosevelt plan and reducing our operating costs for the future.
