Apply Now For Full-Time Positions in Roosevelt’s College of Education

The College of Education is pleased to announce that it is currently seeking two full-time faculty members to begin employment in August 2020.

Both positions are available for review on the Roosevelt University website. The review of applications will begin on January 6, 2020.

One position is for a clinical assistant professor and program director for our MA degree program in Instructional Leadership. The program prepares principals, primarily in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, but also plays an important role in our new graduate certificate program in Dual Language Principal Leadership. This new certificate program serves students in both Schaumburg and Chicago.

The other position is for a tenure track assistant professor in Counseling and Human Services. Candidates must enjoy teaching and be qualified to teach core counseling courses as well as courses in at least one of our specialty areas: Clinical Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling, and College Counseling and Student Affairs. The Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling programs are CACREP accredited and an accreditation review of all three programs is scheduled for 2021.

The review of applications will continue until the positions are filled. For more information, contact Dr. Kristina Peterson, Associate Dean, at kpeterson@roosevelt.edu.
