The LBS1 test has been re-designed and will be LBS1 290. This ONE test will meet the requirement for BOTH the 155 and 163 tests for initial PEL holders. The 155 and 163 tests will retire on June 4, 2023, one year after the new LBS1 (290) test is available. Students may choose which exam to take, either 1) the new 290 test or 2) the "old" 155 and 163 tests until the old tests retire.
