Upcoming Changes to Roosevelt Broadcast

As noted in Neeraj’s email last week and my Broadcast item on Monday, the upcoming launch of Inside Roosevelt will change the way that announcements and events are submitted to and distributed by the Roosevelt Broadcast.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 10 will be the last day to submit new announcements via the existing Broadcast site.
  • On Thursday, Oct. 11, clicking “Submit a Broadcast announcement” on the existing site will redirect you to the “Create News” form in the Broadcast space on Inside Roosevelt. You can read more about how this works.
  • Items that have already been submitted for publication for upcoming weeks on the old system will be transferred to Inside Roosevelt by Web and Marketing staff.
  • Previous announcements will still be available on the old Broadcast site, which will remain available for three months, should you need to refer to it.

Please note that the process for submitting student announcements via #RULakerLife will not change. Only announcements for faculty and staff are affected by this change.
