I am a Professor in the Department of Psychology at Roosevelt University. As a clinical psychologist, my research and teaching focuses on children’s well being and family relationships. My work generally addresses families who encounter adversity because of their experiences or challenges in their communities. I also serve as Associate Chair of the Department and direct both the Undergraduate Programs in Psychology and the Initiative for Child and Family Studies. During Summer 2015, I am the Acting Director of the Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology.
